LABOUR LAW

With extensive experience in all matters pertaining to labour law, Dr Weder, Kauta & Hoveka Inc has litigated in the District Labour Court, Labour Court and Supreme Court, having recently represented the Social Security Commission in a case against one of the major financial institutions in Namibia. In addition to litigation matters, the firm drafts employment agreements and is often invited to sit in on special sessions where it serves as an independent arbitrator for companies in labour disputes.

Dr Weder, Kauta & Hoveka Inc served as the attorneys for NAFAU and has, on many occasions, represented NAPWU in various labour disputes.
